Homecoming is an American tradition.  It’s tailor-made for spreading school spirit all over the country, and being so, it reflects the values of the cultures therein.

 

Our service culture reinforcement initiative, Homecoming, is the daily coming-home or coming-together of Valet Living Home associates to reinforce our culture of excellence, keep communication aligned, discuss daily activity within the community, share ideas and feedback to continually improve the service and solutions we provide to our clients, residents and fellow associates.

 

Associates on the front line are in the best position to influence the resident experience. Therefore, it is important that Homecoming is conducted with enthusiasm and excitement similar to the “school spirit” felt by students and alumni during high school and university Homecoming festivities.
